Problem - The casing holding the needle bearing broke around the needle bearing assembly. The farmer was broken down during a very busy time and needed to get back into service as soon as possible.
Solution - Repair and rebuild the casing with Belzona 1212 Super Metal. Once the repair material was in place it was heated to get a faster cure. This allowed the machine shop to machine the Super Metal down so that the new needle bearing assembly was able to be pressed back into place. This made it possible for the farmer to get back to work within hours. This is important because the crops would have been lost if he had to wait.
